TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. There will be no refunds after payments for forms or school fees. Every guardian should weigh all their options before payment.
2. All parents must abide by all our rules and regulations. You can check our website for the rules and regulations.
3. The school can terminate any student who doesn’t abide by the school rules, most especially on major offences without refund.
4. Any parent or guardian who decides to withdraw his child from the school before the end of the session or before the child’s payment elapses, will not be allowed to continue with the current fees that has not expired. In case the child has already evacuated the premises. If the parent or guardian is interested again then a new application process will apply.
5. A parent that chooses any of our programs is not allowed to switch to another program except if they’re ready to forfeit the ongoing program for a new one. The parent or guardian will have some level of respite if:
   1. It’s on a health ground.
   2. The child has not started the program after payment. The child can be converted to another program with refund or completion of the fees as the case may be.
   3. If the child is converting from full boarding to semi-boarding and has not spent a full month, the month feeding will be calculated and deducted while we refund the parent what is left, but the parent has to sew a new uniform for the semi-boarding program for the child.
   4. If the child has spent a full month, there will be no refund completely from boarding to semi-boarding. Though the child can convert but the parents have the choice of the child to continue his feeding in the school. If the parents choose feeding option it has to be clearly stated so that all arrangements will be put in place.
   5. If a child is changing from semi-boarding to boarding. The parents will only pay for full feeding and uniform as all other fees are already paid.
6. If a child has any bad attitude or behavioral issues that breach school standards, the school reserves structural rights to take disciplinary action.
